What is the delivery time frame?

At Mansolutely, we process and deliver all our made-to-measure orders within 45 days (excluding holidays) from the payment date. For other types of products, the delivery time is 5 days. We will contact you once your order has been shipped.

Do you urgently need your made-to-measure garment?

No problem, during checkout you can select the express shipping option, where we will prioritize the tailoring of your garment, and you will receive it in just 30 days.

Do you have an event in less than a month and need a suit?

Our TAKE AWAY suits are the solution. They are standard size suits that you can adjust to your measurements at no extra cost. You will receive them in a maximum of 5 days.

Mansolutely ensures timely delivery, except in circumstances beyond our control (such as customer unavailability, holidays, adverse weather conditions, errors in delivery information, legal procedures, states of emergency, factory or headquarters lockdowns, etc.)..

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is always free for orders within the European Union. 

For orders outside the EU, a flat rate will apply depending on the destination country.

For express tailoring, you will need to check it during checkout as it varies depending on the type of garment.

Which countries does Mansolutely ship to?

Mansolutely only ships to countries within the European Union.

Please contact us if you are from another country and would like to become a member of Mansolutely.

We do not deliver our products to P.O. Boxes.

How far in advance should I buy my made-to-measure garment for a special event?

If it's your first time at Mansolutely, we recommend placing your order 10 weeks before the event, so you have enough time for any adjustments if needed.

Will I have to pay additional duties and taxes on my order?

You should not pay any additional taxes or duties on your Mansolutely order.

If, in the unlikely event, you have been unfairly charged extra fees, please contact us before receiving your order, and we will help you manage this issue.

How can I reschedule the delivery of my order?

If you know in advance that you won't be available at the time of delivery, please contact us to reschedule a new delivery.
