At Mansolutely, we process and deliver all our custom-made orders within 45 days (excluding holidays) from the payment date. For other types of products, the delivery time is 5 days. We will contact you once your order has been shipped.

Do you need your custom-made garment urgently?

No problem! During checkout, you can choose the express shipping option, which prioritizes the creation of your garment so you can receive it in just 30 days.

Our suits TAKE AWAY are the solution. These are standard-sized suits that can be adjusted to your measurements at no additional cost. Receive them within a maximum of 5 days.

Mansolutely ensures timely delivery, except in situations beyond our control (customer unavailability, public holidays, severe weather conditions, inaccurate delivery information, legal proceedings, emergencies, or factory and headquarters lockdowns, etc.)

Standard shipping is always free for orders within the European Union.

For express tailoring, you will need to check during checkout as it varies depending on the type of garment.

Mansolutely only ships to countries within the European Union.

We do not deliver our products to P.O. Boxes.

Mansolutely offers three payment options:

· Credit card: we accept Visa and MasterCard.

We use a secure SSL encryption protocol to ensure a safe and private transaction.

· Bank transfer: If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please follow the steps provided, and once we receive the transfer, we will proceed with making your garment.

· Paypal: If you have a PayPal account, you can easily make a purchase. If not, you can easily create an account at checkout.

The best way to contact us is through our online survey We will respond to any inquiries within 24-48 hours.

The measurements you provide through the self-measurement process are not the final measurements of your garment. We use advanced software to create the pattern that best fits your body shape, based on your own body measurements.

If your garment does not fit your body perfectly, Mansolutely will cover the cost of any alterations you need to make at a local tailoring shop. Below, we outline the maximum amount that will be reimbursed depending on the garment to ensure a perfect fit:

· Suit: 40€

· Blazer: 25€

· Pants: 15€

· Vest: 15€

· Shirt: 15€

To request reimbursement for the costs incurred during the garment adjustment, please log in to your account and visit the My orders Within your order, at the bottom, in the After-Sales Service section, explain your issue, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can visit any local alteration shop to adjust your garment

In order to reimburse the alteration costs, we will ask you to update your measurement profile so that the next order fits your body perfectly

Once you have modified your garment, remember to request an invoice. Then, log in to your account and visit the section for My orders Within the order, at the bottom, in the After-Sales Service section, attach the invoice and wait for one of our experts to contact you.

If the garment cannot be adjusted, Mansolutely will remake it free of charge.

To request a remake, log in to your account and visit the section of My orders.

Remember that before receiving the re-made garment, you will need to send the original garment to our offices. Mansolutely will cover the return shipping costs. Also, please remember that only unaltered and unused garments will be accepted for a remake. Therefore, if you have altered or used any item, you will not be eligible for a remake
