Alterations + Returns

If your garment does not fit your body perfectly, Mansolutely will cover the cost of alterations you need to pay at a local alteration shop. Below, we show the maximum amount that will be reimbursed depending on the garment, to achieve a perfect fit:

· Suit: 40€

· Jacket: 25€

· Pants: 15€

· Vests: 15€

· Shirts: 15€

To request reimbursement for expenses incurred during the adjustment of the garment, please log into your account and visit the section My orders . Within the order, at the bottom, in the Alterations and Returns section, explain your case to us, and we will respond as soon as possible.

You can visit any local alteration shop to have your garment adjusted.

In order to reimburse the alteration expenses, we will ask you to update your measurement profile so that the next order fits your body perfectly.

Once you have altered your garment, remember to ask for an invoice. Then, log into your account and visit the section My orders. Within the order, at the bottom, in the Alterations and Returns section, attach the invoice and wait for one of our experts to contact you.

If the garment cannot be altered, Mansolutely will remake it free of charge.

To request a re-making, log into your account and visit the section of My orders . Within the order, at the bottom, in the Alterations and Returns section, explain your case, and an expert will get in touch with you shortly.

Remember that before receiving the re-made garment, you will need to send the original garment back to our offices. Mansolutely will cover the return shipping costs.

Also, remember that only unaltered and unused garments will be accepted for re-making. Therefore, if you have altered or used any item, you will not be able to benefit from a re-making.

Once the re-making has been approved, the delivery time for the new garment will be 4 weeks.
