Each order has a 24-hour confirmation period after payment. During this time, you can modify your measurements and selected customizations. After this period, our tailors begin making your garment, and it is no longer possible to modify the order.

Any modification to your measurement profile after the first 24 hours will apply to your subsequent orders.

Each garment is made according to your body measurements, so no matter your shape, you will always get a perfect fit. Not only that, but we guarantee that Mansolutely garments will help you look more attractive, regardless of your body type.

Absolutely! Whether it's for two profiles of your own or for a family member or friend, you can create another profile to have custom garments made. You just need to log into your account and go to the section My measurements and at the bottom of the profile list, you will see a link to create a new profile. Please note that the measurement process is adapted based on the items in your Cart, so make sure to add the products you want to the Cart before creating the profile.

You will begin the measurement process after adding the garment to your cart. However, if you don't have time right now, you can proceed to payment and take your measurements later.

Once you have taken your measurements, the profile will be saved, and when you log in again, you can continue shopping for custom items without having to repeat those measurements. If you have changed weight or body shape, we recommend adjusting the circumference measurements (width measurements) to achieve a perfect fit.

You may need to provide some additional measurements. If that's the case, after making the payment for the second order, we will send you an email guiding you step by step to easily complete this information.
